So there are 8 people in my "group" and half of us have RFEs. Is this a good sign that my time is coming?!

Hmm i think so. Its a good sign somehow to see some response and actions with our application. My fiance just called the uscis yesterday (us time) and told him to ask on the 28th to see if we have some update.. However, i can feel that our time is coming soon.. Hope for the best. :)

DECEMBER 20th: NOA1 (only found out once hardcopy came in the mail)
December 21st, 2012: Check cashed
Dec 27, 2012: Fiances alien registration number was changed. Proven.
December 29th 2012: Received Noa1 Hard-copy(no txt or email was sent)
Jan. 10th 2013: Happy birthday to my Sweety, first birthday apart in years!
January 15 2013: "mailing adress was changed" (touched?)
May-20-2013 NOA2!!! Exactly 5 months!
May-23-2013 Noa2 hard copy recieved!
June-05-2013 Called NVC, casre recieved, forwared to Ankara

June-10-2013-Ankara revieved packet! *signed by MEHMET* THANKS MEHMET!

What do you mean..in your "group"????

It's the WAC numbers around me. There are 8 of us with I-129F petitions around my number. 4 of them have RFEs and 4 of us have nothing :(

I am the USC/petitioner.

Our K-1 Journey
12/19/2012 - Mailed I-129F via USPS Express
12/21/2012 - I-129F arrives in Lewisville, TX according to USPS tracking (delayed because it's the USPS)
12/21/2012 - NOA1 date of receipt
12/26/2012 - NOA1 received via text/email
12/27/2012 - Checked cashed by USCIS
12/31/2012 - Alien Number changed (NOA1 hardcopy in post, but was away for 2 weeks prior)

05/16/2013 - NOA2 received via text/email

05/20/2013 - NOA2 hardcopy received in post

05/28/2013 - NVC receives packet and assigns London case number

07/15/2013 - Sent all paperwork/medical complete

08/23/2013 - Receive Interview Date

09/19/2013 - Interview

Congrats! I got so excited when I saw your approval because we have the same NOA1 date! smile.png Keeping my fingers crossed we will all soon be posting our NOA2s here!

We're the same NOA1 date as you guys too, and we got really excited as well... And then we actually got our NOA2 yesterday! Really hoping you guys are next... x

Has anyone noticed this for them? After my petition number..about a few more after..it goes into dozens and dozens of I130s then straight into appeals..k1 never to be found again..lol

my receipt # ends with 429. 420 has been approved and from 421 - 434 are i129f that have not been touched since january 2.

i just need this to be done and over with as soon as possible. this distances is starting to wear thin...very thin.

I got a RFE email on 11th and same was displayed on my case status on USCIS. But since yesterday it shows

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information."

Should I be worried. Or is this normal?

Is that all it says? They are processing the RFE maybe, waiting for it? Someone else who got an RFE may be able to help you more. You can call USCIS and ask/ Im sure your fine.
