Go anywhere that does фото на документы. Or ask the consulate. There are a bunch of places on Kirochnaya near the consulate that does document photos.

If you cannot find one on Nevsky Prospect, well I dunno.

Actually you'd be less likely, because Nevsky isn't the place to go for everyday things, really.

Awesome, I'll have to check out that website and let her know. She probably already knows a couple of places, but she's been pretty busy lately was trying to do a little of the leg work myself.

They are all over the place. She just needs to know the dimensions the government wants (I think it's 5x5 cm color glossy, but double check) and then go do it for like 100 rubles in 10 minutes.
