Can we send I-130/IR2 application direct to NBC?

We just recently approved with our I-130 application in 73 days, thanx God to it but since our IR1/CR1 application was approved instead of our K3/K4 means that we need to file a separate petition for my child (in previous relationship) this time we need to be hurry so she can catch up with me. Before we send to Phoenex and then they forward to California and we received a noticed it was forwarded again in NBC Lee's Summit, Mo! My question is can my husband send I-130/IR2 application for my daughter direct to NBC?

No, I'm pretty sure you still have to send it to the lockbox, they all have to go through there. I think that's where they process payment and such. They'll forward it to NBC directly from there though, it seems like only the earlier NBC ones got routed through the other centers first while they were working out the kinks in the new process.

No. He needs to follow the instructions for Form I-130. The instructions will direct him where to send it to the USCIS lockbox. He cannot go outside of the prescribed procedure to send it to another agency. The NBC will not accept an I-130 submitted directly to it.

When your husband sends the I-130 in, he should ask for an expedited review and reference your case. That may help speed things up.

If you had only come here 73 days earlier. We would have told you the K3/K4 was worthless when you file for an IR1/CR1. When you file both at the same time, the K3/K4 will be denied once the I-130 is approved for the CR1/IR1.

Everyone - don't waste your time and money on the K3. Just file for the CR1/IR1.

Okay, Thanx God i post here first before sending the package, I don't mind printing again my cover letter and change my headings to Phoenix, After all the paper-works and headaches, I don't want to make mistakes again. Thanks again for the advise, it saved us!!!
