okay so i put the dates in one separate one for part b and titled the long one evaluation of relationship just in case. good idea!?

It should be "evolution of relationship".

You only need the dates for when you last met in person however Morocco being high fraud, having all of them should be good.

Baron is correct. They only need to know when you LAST met IN PERSON. They do not need an essay. Mine said something to the effect of "Vanessa and I met in person in October 2008 when she visited me in the US and stayed for 80 days"... something like that. It was never a problem.

Sometimes writing too much is bad because it looks like you're over-compensating. Again, you only need to talk about when you met in person.

If you want to write a separate "evolution of relationship" document, some people do that (some are required to as well).

Would you recommend me adding in the evolution of relationship letter that I am planning a trip in March 2013 to spend time together again so they can consider that as on going relationship if they ask later on or should i just leave that out. I hope he is able to present that evidence when he god willing has his interview.

Only your trip where you met in person. The size of the box indicates the length of response they want.

You can elaborate more later.

It would be good to mention the March visit as well as including booked tickets (especially if they're non-refundable) but sometimes things happens and plans need to change so you wouldn't want to be stressing about what happens if it can't go ahead for whatever reason.

Thank you, I will just mention it and I have not booked the ticket yet but I will defiantly keep those records once I do. I'm waiting after the holidays those tickets should be cheaper. And I am waiting the final approval from my job to go in March! :) I hope they allow him to show this proof if we god willing get to the interview process.
