First of great website i saved 1000.00 dollars minimum from what every immigration lawyers was asking, the funny part one was even using the site and same links when i peaked at his computer at an angel hahahaha. Figured just in case i have to get a professional involved i will know the prices.

I am USA citizen and my wife is Filipino we are both 26 only a two month age gap so no issues their and we were married in April this year 2012 in the Philippines did the whole counseling 15 day stay and everything to be nice and legal no bribes like some other foreigners do, not judging just stating if anyone asks.

Filed I130 in Chicago lock box was sent to California and from California to Missouri.

I-130 Filed Priority Date: August 20, 2012

I-130 Approval Date: November 23, 2012

i filed I130 and received response November 23, 2012 that the the petition as been approved and forwarded to the NVC. How long till i get a response with my packet dose the country of the couple or age play in their question deciding?

If some one who was in my situation with a Filipino wife can give me timelines form their experience she from bogo north of cebu not manila.

Congrats and you're getting real close now? there is. Link posted above and that will help. In my case after approval noticed we process everything right away like gathering all police clearances, nbi clearance, the choice of agent thing after 2 months I was ready for interview. It was quick and gonna be quick once your paper left NVC?
