I never said there was conspiracy…

What, if not a conspiracy, would raise your eyebrow then? Two separate agencies under two separate jurisdictions making decisions independent from one another regarding different matters but the same individual doesn't raise an eyebrow unless you think these two agencies somehow conspired to collectively cut the man some slack.

When on a single case two agencies state and fed seems making an exception it does raise an eyebrow.

This guys deportation was held back based on the DREAM ACT see the second portion of the article... he has passed high school with 3.8 and no criminal record.

It doesn't matter why he was reprieved. It's the fact that it was a RARE reprieve. It proves it does happen to ordinary people who aren't related to people in high places.

Obama's uncle has been in this country longer than most of us have been alive. He came in a time when immigration control wasn't all that tight. To deport him now just seems ridiculous. Donald Trump's mother was illegal too but she somehow managed to get citizenship. I'm sure that wasn't Obama's doing either!

He is was given the 2 yrs as thousands of other kids, unfortunately Obama's uncle does not fit into that category.

If Trump's mother was illegal deport her too...law should be same for everyone.
