Had my interview on Thursday in Atlanta and was approved after a short interview. I was given a letter that congratulated me on my approval and how to remove conditions when the time comes. I was told that I could have a stamp if I wanted one, but there was a pretty sizeable queue and I didn't have a pressing need for one.

I'm mainly concerned because lots of folks seem to get their updates from USCIS later the same day, or the next at the latest. It has been a few days since my interview and no change. Anything to worry about?

Nothing to worry about. The online system is unreliable and the card will be coming shortly. It's actually only been 2 business days since your interview, which is a normal time frame even if approved on the spot. If you see no card or update in 2 or 3 weeks though, I'd make infopass and remind your IO to push the approval button :)

Edit: Oh, congrats on approval!

I figured it would be something like that. Thanks for the congrats. It was thanks to help from people like your good self that I was able to assemble the package in the first place.

I just got messages to confirm my I-130 has been approved and that my LPR status has been registered. Thanks to everyone for their help and guidance in getting me to this point. I'm waiting on my GC so I can join up to the National Guard and give something back to the US.
