Hi guys...we submitted our packet dec 3, 2012 and got a letter before Christmas to send another originally signed paper. sent the packet before Chrsitmas. And we still haven't received NOA1 yet. Any thoughts about this. Check was not even cashed yet.

So... they sent back your whole package or just a letter? You sent another additional papers or you re-submit package? Do you remember exact sent date?

To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

Well, I just spoke with our lawyer and the 2nd packet was sent Dec 28th back to CSC. They did not send us any letter but just circled our signature. We sent another original form with the seconds packet on dec 28. I am still waiting for them to cash my check. I wrote two checks one is $505 and the other is $85.

Updating my early bio date as I got done with my biometrics on 01/04/2013. 5 days earlier than my original appointment date since I wanted to have my schedule open for my last week in CA.

I know waiting part sucks in this process, but we at least have our 1-year extension letter. Let's be patient for the plastic green cards!!!

Sorry, I don't mean to be difficult, but this site's database is drawn from timelines, not signatures, so it helps everybody.

You gotta fill in your I-751 dates in your timeline, as well as the service centers (CSC) in your case.

As far as the wait... with CSC it seems to be anywhere from 7 to 8 months right about now, so who knows.

According to USCIS website (Posted Jan 4), CSC is working on May 22, VSC is working on Mar 5 case. They are slowing down... :(

Biometrics taken today. I arrived 30 min early, and they took me anyway. I was in and out in probably 10 min or less, which was great! And now, we wait.
