Make an infopass appointment and go there with any and all documentation you have from USCIS and all paperwork you sent for I-751 with waiver based on divorce.

The prior advice was good, it can never hurt t get a consultation from an immigration attorney if needed.

i have another question in my denial notice its says the jointly filed form i 751. whay would it say jointly filed i 751 i filed a waiver are they the same when gtting denied?? just trying to figure out if that is or could be the issue?

You still didn't go to the infopass? If I were you I would sleep in front of their door until they see me lol, just kidding. They could've made a mistake in your application, nobody here can give you a good answer because basically we are not looking at your file and we can't know what's going on with it. Your best shot is going to USCIS as soon as possible. Don't even wait. After the infopass, if you feel like you need a lawyer don't slack get one as soooooon as possible and have your lawyer look at your situation and he will knwo what to do.
