hELLO ALL

My lawywer has confirmed that letter of intent to marry is not requested until the second step of the process which i understand is the embassy-- can someone help me -- she did not send and think it is not required on this first step and i'm being told that is by VJ member. can someone help me

I dont want an RFE -- i will be sooo mad if i get one -- can i send it now to add to my file ???

I asked a similar question and the majority of people who responded said to wait for an RFE and send it then. One other said to send it in with your case number plastered all over it, but ultimately it's up to you.

By the way, I've been trying to contact USCIS about this and every time I get a live person on the phone, they tell me they can't answer my question and transfer me to a "tier 2" person. I have been put on hold for over an hour each time and still never got that tier 2 person to answer.

If your lawyer already sent your packet, nothing you can do about it right now, it's too late.

Just be ready for a RFE if you get one, have the 2 letters ready so you can reply to the eventual RFE quickly.
