1-when should we fill tax return 2012 if we need to bring it to interview around may and july 2013?

2-if we fill it at the day of tax 15 april 2013 how much time take for process and get copie to bring it to interview?

You can file a tax return as soon as you have all of the documents you need. Tax documents, like W2's and 1099's are required to be sent to taxpayers by the end of January, so you would probably have everything you need in February.

Usually, it's best to file as soon as you have the documents ready, but there are a few valid reasons for delaying. For example, if you know you're going to owe the IRS money and you'd like a little more time to get the money together, or you've got the money invested and you'd like to let it grow a little more before cashing it in.

You can usually request a tax return transcript within a few weeks of sending in your tax return. I think the IRS will tell you to wait 6 to 8 weeks, but I once ordered a transcript three weeks after sending my return and I got the transcript about a week later.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

thanks for your replay,my husband will fill tax in 15 april 2013 will nvc ask for 2012?? can we fill in the day of tax?

Of course your husband can file on April 15, 2013. He can just keep a photocopy of his tax return and the W-2s. There is no need to wait for a tax transcript.

thanks ,nvc need to see original documents ,so they will not need original copie is acceptable?

The original tax return with your husband's signature goes to the IRS. No one ever gets the original back. All a person has is his copy IF he made one. No one turns in an original tax return to the NVC or US Embassy.

No such thing as "original copy." It's either an original or a copy. It can't be both.

A complete copy of the tax return filed with the IRS is fine. Complete copy means everything sent in to the IRS; including Form 1040, any supporting forms, and the W-2s.

thanks, when my husband will fill tax of 2012 he should keep a copie of all documents filled before sending them to IRS and he must send them for interview withaout waiting approuval of IRS? Yes, he should make 3 copies of everything he sends to the IRS; send a copy in with the I-864EZ, send you a copy, and keep a copy for himself. plz forms are phisical and printed or filling is onligne? It doesn't matter how he files. He can make copies from a physical and printed tax return. He can print copies from an online tax return.

They are not required.
