I am so confused. I have read the RFE thread and cannot figure out why we received 5 e-mails from CSC stating they mailed us a RFE on November 1, 2006. We included everything with our petition that we can possibly think of and we are drawing blanks as to what this could be for. Any suggestions on what this RFE is for? :help:

There's no way to know until you receive it. Lately they have been asking for the beneficiary's birth certificate so that may be it.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

Sometimes they lose things, or can't locate them in the file even though they might be there. (The more paper you send them, the better the chance that something will be mis-placed.)

Sorry to hear about the RFE. It could be a million things so don't worry too much (I know, easier said than done) until you get the actual letter. Good luck, Claudeth and I will pray that it is something very simple to correct.
