I'm sending out the I-130 packet tomorrow and I was wondering where do I send it to and to whom?

I was on lookin and I found out since I live in nebraska I'd send it to phoenix arizona to uscis but I was looking at the timeline and it doesn't have phoenix arizona

do I send it to uscis in phoenix arizona or do I send it to chicago lockbox? I should know this and I feel bad for asking but I want everything to be smooth.

The information you seen is correct in Arizona, the Chicago lockbox is for k1 visas. Once at the lockbox your case will be sent to VSC,CSC,TCS that is what you are seeing in the timelines what service centers people were sent to after it was forwarded from the lockbox. Best of luck to you!

Correct except that the Chicago lockbox does intake on MANY filings, but NOT filings of I-129F for a K1 fiancee visa. I-129F petitions are sent to an intake facility near Dallas, TX (PO Box is Dallas but facility if in Lewisville.)

The Chicago lockbox is not just for K1 visas.

No K1 visa filings go to Chicago at all.

Good to know. I'm not a K1 applicant but I knew his/her statement was incorrect since I sent my I-130 there.

Usually, if you wait just a few minutes, somebody who really does know there stuff will be along, so you can learn from them instead of from your mistakes.

Thanks for the correction, what I was thinking and typing did not come together. As I should know better since I sent mine to Texas. :bonk:

I say send it to me. Include 300 frozen venison jiaozi and a prepaid postage label for 18 dollars .

I'll make sure it goes to the right place.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
