We had sent I-130 last week. Havent received the notification. I do understand that it will take about a week.

I have 10 years valid visit visa to US. I got married there and came back to Canada (I am not Canada citizen, but permanent residence) on third week of Sep, 2012. I am working as usual and arranging to have immigrant visa as a spouse.

Can I visit my husband on Feb 2013 by using visit visa? Will it be any problem for my I-130 or immigrant visa? I will only stay there for about a week and will be back to Canada, work and wait for immigrant visa to States.

No effect on your i-130.

As long as you don't overstay and work illegally in the US, you're good to go.

No problem with visits as long as you spend the normal allowed time, do not overstay. Be truthful if questioned by immigration officers on entry.

Yes, that should be sufficient enough if you haven't had problems in the past.
