Recently, cases have been sent there to even out workload as the "usual" service centers have been very busy which has caused delays. Give it a few days then try again.

is any one has an idea about Missouri Service Center Processing Times

USCIS website has many processing times of the service centers...I was also sent to MSC and as far as I know they don't do any processing for marriage based AOS, but rather send stuff out to the appropriate local office...or at least, that is what I was told...But I really don't know for sure...anything I've got was always coming from the MSC (or new name "National Benefit Center") by my biometrics appointment was issued for the local office near my area, and the interview also got scheduled for the local office near to my area, so I guess they might be right that MSC doesn't do any processings (at least on marriage based AOS).

Good luck, and don't worry in no time you'll have your status changed. :)
