First of all I hope that you kept the reciept for paying the ticket, I hope also that it's under 500$ and no DUI involved. Alright you will need just for "just in case" you know: The ticket, and the reciept. If you didn't keep the receipt go to the court and get a duplicate copy, they can give it to you. Or you can go on their online website and look for it yourself. I have 3 tickets and that's how I got my reciepts. I remind you: you will need your ticket and the receipt to show you paid it. I don't think they will make a problem out of speeding tickets honestly.

1) yes, show them ticket and receipt that you paid it if they ask for it.

2)No

3)No.

I think:

Q.4 - Yes, and append all paperwork about your ticket.

Q.6 - Did you claim anything with military? if No - check No.

Q.7 - this was a standard question from the N-400, if you not ready to serve for US, you can't be a citizen. The question was differently worded in N-400 form, you should answered it Yes there, then answer No (means you don't change your mind) now.

Hello

I have similar problem. I got a speed limit ticket going 78 in a 65 zone. I read that I should pay, close the process and take the receipt to the ceremony but I would like to do the course and have the ticket removed from my records. Do you believe they can move or cancel my oath ceremony?

The ceremony is on october 23 and the court date is on october 28 which means to have the process open.

Did anyone go to the oath with this problem? how did that go?

Please advice, I am worry.
