just call nvc.....! they said ur case is in aditional reveiw...!how much time will takes to do additional processing? they also said they have recvd our case in their centre but it takes 10 t0 15 days to put in their computer.... keep checking with us...! i said how much time will takes for aP .... she said i dont knw....! plz answer!!

they just receive your case why u panic

they need time to review it and they will email u to pay the fee

just be passion and give theme time

we almost have the same timeline. i'm waiting for case # from NVC too, just emailed them this morning. Did you get your case number via mail or did you get it over the phone. Good luck on the rest of the journey.

Oh ok, I tried calling them yesterday, but they were closed due to Veterans Day, will try calling again today. I'm from Atlanta, but am currently in Karachi with my fiancee, I'm Shakeel, and you?

i am very stressd ......nw a days......! ppl are talkin about Ap.....! y they are putting paki ppl in Ap...!

Thank you all for the support! I just found out today that they sent the petition to the embassy in islamabad.. What a good day.....!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
