I don't understand your question. The topic title states "F2A Filers Waiting for NOA2". If you were an earlier participant in this topic and no longer want updates, you can go to your profile preferences and take the topic title off your "watch forum topics" list. There are plenty of us still interested in the topic.

Go to "Settings"->"Forums"->"Manage Watched Topics" and then unsubscribe from the topic. If I am completely misunderstood your question, ignore the post .
