Have you been able to track it through DOMEX yet? It shouldn't be more than a few days week at the most. DOS should also be able to tell you when it is sent to DOMEX. YAY!!! Your wait is almost over.

Call Domex. We called and were told it was ready for pick up but the computer tracking never changed from in process. Then we also got a call the next day from Domex that it was ready but we had already picked it up! Great communication!

LOL...such is life in the DR.

If it was printed yesterday, it still has another step before they turn it over for delivery. On Monday call them to see if it is ready for pick up.

It goes through customs.

What does that do/is for? Just trying to get a better idea of the entire process as I have not got to this stage yet. Thanks

We are in this very same predicament. Our interview was the 9th of Nov. and Domex tells us nothing as they don´t start tracking supposedly until they get it then its 3 business days after that. So they are saying that the Consulate is taking their time getting it to them but not to worry because if it were an administative process they would have notified us and we have not been notified so it should be any day now but it has been 5 business days already. We are anxious to get home and begin our lives together. Any advice or tips of who to call would be greatly appreciated. I have traveled back down to the capitol in hopes that it has been printed and just needs picking up. So frustrating!

I called DOS and got another story, I e-mailed the embassy and got response Friday telling me to wait another 7-14 days... I don't know what else to do. My fiancé went to the embassy on the 14 of November and was told to wait another week at the most.
