I assume you are filing your I-129F form. I saw no requirements the intent to marry letters have to be notarized. My fiance had one letter that she signed and I had a letter that I signed. The letters were not notarized. There is no need to supply copies of pay stubs when you file the I-129F form. That will be later when your finance has the interview and you submit the I134 Affidavit of support. Hope this helps

No need to have them notarized. Actually, they didn't ask for neither our letter of intent nor my fiance's pay stubs during my interview so I still have them. I think pay stub scans are fine. My fiance doesn't have any hard copy of his pay stubs so we just downloaded them online.

No need to be notarized, just need the original copy and ink signed by both of you. With pay stubs, printed copies are fine. Not everyone get the regular pay stubs anymore, they're mostly accessible online.

Good luck!!

Hello :)

I am looking for this kind of question.. good thing someone asked... When you mentioned ink signed, Can I sign it and then scan it and send it to my fiance via email, and then he will just print it and submit it together with the I-129F... Will that be ok?

Thanks :)

It'a possible you could get away with it but they want original letters with real signatures not copys for this. Best if you actually sign it then send via snail mail.
