Hiya

Havent been around for a few months, been spending time with my baby. I wanted to thank everyone for all their before and to let everyone know we finally mailed off our I-129f today. So fingers crossed and prayers for us and everyone :thumbs:

Our K-1 Time Line

04/2006 ~ met in downtown Cairo

~ spent the most amazing time together exploring the Western Desert and Cairo

5/2006 ~ returned home reluctantly

~spent the next months getting to know each other

9/2006 ~ decided to start filing K-1 visa

10/31/06 ~ sent via FedEx I-129F application to NSC

11/01/06 ~ NSC received K-1 application (signed by R. Pitcher @ 0900)

11/08/06 ~ NOA1 (thank god!!!)

11/09/06 ~ touched

11/13/06 ~ received NOA1 by snail mail from CSC

11/30/06 ~ touched

12/13/06 ~ touched

01/24/06 ~ NOA2 APPROVAL EMAIL!!!

01/27/07 ~ NOA2 received by snail mail

02/05/07 ~ Letter from NVC with case number

02/06/07 ~ Case left NVC on the way to Cairo

02/14/07 ~ Received Packet 3

02/25/07 ~ Medical exam done

03/09/07 ~ Sent Packet 3 to embassy

04/20/07 ~ Received Packet 4

04/29/07 ~ Interview completed, awaiting AP.....G-d be with us!

06/26/07 ~ Received THE call to send in passport for visa issuance

07/12/07 ~ VISA IN HAND!!!

07/23/07 ~ supposed to come but got denied in the airport because of stupidity

07/28/07 ~ ARRIVING IN SEATTLE....HOPEFULLY!!!

I sent ours off today too. Maybe we should have a Halloween party next year!

Seriously, this site was a big help to us and I am sure that it will continue to help us as we go through this journey.

Our Timeline

08/03/06 -- Met online, have chatted almost every day since then

09/29/06 -- Met in person at the Lima Airport. 10 wonderful days together.

10/31/06 -- I-129F mailed to TSC

11/09/06 -- CSC cashes the check

11/14/06 -- NOA-1 Received

11/16/06 -- We get 11 days together in Arequipa (Betty's home town). I meet her family for the first time.

12/28/06 -- We get 19 days together in Arequipa. I'll be back in February.

01/18/07 -- Touched! First sign of life.

01/19/07 -- 12:10 AM, NOA-2! APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! On to the next step.

01/19/07 -- Touched again, around 11 AM. I guess we're on the way to the NVC!!

17 aug -- TSC receives application

no NOA1, USCIS says no record....

31 oct resubmitted

09 NOV money order cashed

08 NOV NOA1 date, yey! arrived in post 14th nov

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Wow quite a few of us for Halloween lol, A party sounds great! Mine was recieved today and signed for by P NOVAK. Now to wait for the NOA1 with our case number so we can monitor our case obcessively every hour of the day, which is Im sure what we are going to do for the first few weeks lol. Heck I was so excited just when I checked the confirmation and saw it was delivered today and signed for that I called my mother to let her know lol! :lol:

Many trips to Cleveland and overnight stays in New York

Engaged 05/07/06

07/18/07 - Interview yeeehaaa .. approved

07/26/07 - received Visa from Montreal (should have received 07/24)

07/26/07 - POE Buffalo, NY (Peace Bridge) .. No EAD stamp

07/27/07 - Beautiful marriage .. now you may call me Mrs. :)

07/28/07 - Filed AOS,EAD, and AP for me and AOS and AP for my son via UPS .. received 08/01

08/16/07 - applied for ssn

09/03/07 - received ssn card

11/07/07 - AP approved and received 11/12/07 :)

11/19/07- EAD approved online and received same day (actual approval 11/07/07) :)

12/27/07 - AOS transferred to CSC

02/26/08 - 485's approved without interview

01/14/09 - Sent I-751 - removal of conditions

02/23/10 - Biometrics

03/17/10 - Removal of conditions approved .. card production ordered

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!
