Hi everyone,

I have a quick question of the G-325A form. As I understand, I need to submit one for me and one for my fiancee, but how would I get it signed by the person living outside the US? Do I need to have her send a signed hard copy to me, or perhaps could it be faxed/scanned and printed?

Thanks for your time

The form needs to be signed in ink and not submitted as a copy. If the person isn't with you, then they will have to mail it to you via local post/FedEx/UPS, etc. Edit: That also applies for the letter of intent and passport pic that the beneficiary will need to supply for the 1-129F petition package.

I have 1 doubt. Are you in the K1 process? Your profile says you filed for naturalization. Whenever you can please update your timeline so others members can get a more exact info from you. If you are the petitioner, she will have to mail you her forms signed in black ink and once you guys have all what is required, you (US citizen) will mail to the address specified in the i-129 forms instructions.

All forms must be signed in ink! No copies or faxed copies. Make sure you guys make a copy of all what you will send to USCIS to keep a record of what has been sent. :star:
