Timeline

HI, I want to know about my Case as i was overstayed in one country for two years.. Now my case showing that i have to submit Police certificate but the Country don`t want to give me good conduct certificate.. as i was not intentionally overstayed.. but some circumstances forced me to do like this.. Now I can`t get police certificate.. Can anyone help to tell me what should i need to do?

If you cannot get a police certificate you need a letter from that country stating why.

Otherwise call NVC and see what could be in place of the police certificate

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

even if you are over stay if you dont have case thatS fine you can obtain....i am over stay too in lebanon but i dont have case i just pay my over stay FINALTY and go home safely,,,thank GOD pc on hand.. GOOD LUCK

Yes I also paid the fine.. I also reached home safely.. But Now they are not going to give me police certificate..
