I'm starting to fill out the paperwork for the AOS and am wondering if I (US Citizen) should type my married name or my maiden name. I thought it might be self explanatory but I'll ask anyways.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Use the name you want to be named now. Is your married name the one you want to use?

The marriage certificate will be a proof of your name change.
