Hi all,

For package assembly, I included actual photos labeled but I've read it may be best to just print on 8 x 11 paper.. can anyone confirm if it is bad to send in actual photos.

Also, for the assembly of the package, does it go in a brown envelope and should I paperclip every section separate? I know I need to paperclip the passport photos to G-325A and additional sheet but unsure about the remainder.

Thank you.

if you want to print your photos it's best to use hi gloss 4X6 printer photos, it's clear and better image :) ..organize and separate every section by paper clip, use manila envelope for documents..actual photos are good and they will be returned to you after interview

I think for the photos, you'll need to request them back if you want to keep them otherwise, pictures are fine. We just printed up 5 pages of 4 pictures to a page of different times in out relationship and sent them in with explanations of who , when, where, etc.

As for the assembly, I used a few paperclips but used one of the big paper clamps to keep the entire package together. May want to put your social or at least name on the upper corner of your papers for identification purposes. We wrote in pencil so that it could be erased but yet identified if it fell on the floor accidentally. Best of luck and try not to stress too much, it'll be a few months!

for an I-130 the only photos required are for the G-325A and they should be 2X2 glossy similar to passport photos, do not send photos of you two together these will be for the interview. You must send 2 passport style photos of you and 2 passport style photos of your partner. Put yours in a sandwich style ziplock bag, write your names in pencil on the back of each photo and with a black marker put your full name on the bag and same for your partner. Use the ziplocks that press together. Go to a place that does passport photos, you can try to do it yourself but if it is not correct you will start all over again. If you want help so it is done right the first time research "Rapid Visa". They are great and know all the answers. They are the cheapest and the best.

Good Luck
