Yea G-325a, I-693 medical examination, I-765 of she wants authorization to work, I-131 if she wants to travel before she gets her GC, I-864 affidavit of support and G-1145(optional) so uscis will inform you when they receive your application. I think that's all

Concurrent filing I130, I485 and I765:

Day 0.... 08/06/12- Package mailed to Chicago Lockbok via FedEx ground

Day 2.... 08/08/12- Package delivered and signed for

Day 4.... 08/10/12- Received Email and text confirmation

Day 8.... 08/14/12- Check cleared

Day11... 08/17/12- I797C, NOA biometric appt received. Scheduled date 08/31/12 @ 12:00

Day16....08/22/12- Biometric appt completed.... Early walk-in less than 15 minutes

Day16....08/22/12- Received NOA hard copies in the mail for I-130, I-485, I-765

Day38....09/13/12- Received text notification for interview. Scheduled date 10/18/10

Day40....09/15/12- Received hard copy for interview. Scheduled 10/18/12 @ 12:45 Holtsville NY

Day61....10/06/12- Received text notification about EAD card production

Day66....10/11/12- Received 2nd and 3rd text notification about EAD card in production

Day67....10/12/12- Received notification card was picked up by USPS

Day70....10/15/12- Received EAD card in the mail. I'm loving it

Day72....10/17/12- Went to SS Office to apply for card

Day73....10/18/12- Interview day!!!! Approved

Day77....10/22/12- Received approval letters for I-130 and I-485. Got SS card

Day78....10/23/12- Got 2 text msgs about card production

Day79....10/24/12- Green card mailed

5/26/2012 - NOA hard copies received for I-130, I-485 and I-765

6/19/2012 - Biometrics completed.

7/02/2012 - Text/email/hard copy notification of interview.

7/30/2012 - EAD card production ordered.

8/02/2012 - Interview @ 2:00

8/02/2012 - Email notification of GC production at 5:30pm

8/07/2012 - Second GC production email

8/07/2012 - EAD received.

8/08/2012 - GC mailed.

8/09/2012 - Welcome letter and I-130 approval letter received.

8/10/2012 - Green card received. :)

The following forms are needed:

I-130 (Petition for an alien relative),

I-485 (AoS),

I-864 (Affidavit of Support),

2 x G-325a (biographic info for both of you),

I-693 (the medical),

I-765 (work permit—EAD), and

I-131 (Advance Parole—AP).

The latter two are optional but FREE when submitted concurrently with the other forms what you want to do anyway, so absolutely file them!

Also needed is a check for $1,490. Personal check is okay and preferred as it allows you to trace when it was “cashed.”

After about 10 to 12 weeks she will receive a plastic card which now is a combination of work permit (EAD) and Advance Parole (AP). At about the 3 to 5 months mark, you'll have the interview. Thereafter she will receive her “conditional,” 2-year Green Card.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. I would advise against combining the amounts of the checks. Make two separate checks in the amount of $420 (I-130) and (I-485) $1070
