How to track package on DHL in Juarez

I'm unsure if I have been checking the package that my fiance is supposed to receive through DHL right.

He read to me on a paper that they gave him that I had to go on his account on usvisa-info.com to look up the status.

This is what I'm getting : "No hay información de este Número de rastreo DHL ("Air Waybill", o AWB por sus siglas en inglés) al momento."

Is that what I'm looking for? Or is that just telling me we didn't get a number we can trace the package with, which he didn't.

I wish he would have just gotten an ID number of some sort instead so we could trace directly on the DHL website, I feel like that would be more up up to date.

Then again, the package probably hasn't been sent out, it's only been a day, I just want to make sure I'm checking the status of it right.

Any help would be appreciated!

I just started the application process for Mexico, so it will be good to know this information later on....

But it seems to me that it's just not in the system yet. The message says that there isn't any information for that number at this time. I think the Cd. Juarez Consulate website said that it would be 10 days before it would arrive with DHL. I would check back again in a couple days.... but I am probably not your best source of info either! Hope it works out!

Login at : https://usvisa-info.com/en-mx/selfservice/ss_country_welcome

Once the visa has been sent(give it at least 24 hours before first checking), the waybill/tracking number will be available.

Use that number to track your visa package through DHL: http://www.dhl.com.mx/es.html

How long did it take for the tracking number for DHL to appear for you guys? Just curious as a few days have passed and still no number,

and in my Fiance's interview they told him he should recieve his visa this week. I thought it was a little fast so I'm expecting the usual 7-10 business days for it to arrive, but I was just curious how long it took for the tracking number to appear on that site. Thanks.
