my questions is how to answer part 8a questions.

a. im single when i married my husband now

b. he was divorce when i married him.

sorry i forgot, this in form n-400 (citizenship)

How many times has your current spouse been married? 2

American-format passport photos are 2" x 2". And yeah, they just want a set of passport photos. You can get those just about anywhere.
