Choice Of Address And Agent: Scanned or Original Signed Copy?

I am petitioning my stepdaughter in the Philippines.

I will be emailing her the Choice Of Address And Agent document so that she can appoint me to be her agent or attorney.

Does she have to postal-mail the original copy that she signs to the NVC in the USA, or can she scan the original copy and email it to me so that I can print it out and postal-mail it to the NVC.

In other words, does the NVC want the original signed copy, or will they accept a scanned copy that has been printed out on my printer?

The document needs to be mailed by postal-mail. I don't want to chance doing email. It is not allowed for visas in the Philippines.

If she mail it via 2GO (UPS) or LBC, NVC will receive it within or less than a week.

Sent my NSO marriage certificate and G-325A via 2GO (Manila to Los Angeles) and my husband got it after 4 days. (refer to my signature)

Ok, I will have her mail it to me with 2GO (UPS) or LBC.

So once I have the Choice Of Address And Agent document appointing me as agent, I can postal-mail that document along with the IV package I will be filling out for her to the NVC.

Is this how I should do it?

Tell your daughter to mail the DS-3032 directly to NVC.

Meanwhile, you wait for NVC to accept it then wait for further instructions. Do not send them anything unless they're asking for it.
