Yes finally my fiance Dave in Ohio managed to get the application in the mail yesterday!! So its all systems go now, all we do is wait i guess LOL

Just to let everyone know I am a very big worrier!!! NO NOT WARRIOR! (He is that lol). I worry about everything and always think the worst is gonna happen, so if i post any silly questions on this forum, I apologise in advance, just please bear with me and try to treat me with kid gloves. :) I think I know the whole proceedure but you never know if something else comes to mind.

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

Oh congratulations!! Now the waiting begins.......... :( Its such a good feeling when the forms get sent off!

TY ALL, and Sam that was too funny LOL It made me laugh which is what I needed right now ty :))

Yes it does feel good that i now know the forms have been sent, I was getting quite irritated with my fiance considering we filled in the paperwork and got everything ready while I was there in January. I returned to england on 4th feb and he was to mail everything out around the 20th as we dated everything for 17 feb due to him not getting his paycheck till then. Unfortunately that paycheck was all spent on bills therefore we had to wait till now. I kept pesturing him every night "Have you sent the papers off? Why not? when do you intend to do it? is this not important? blah blah Blah!!" I feel so bad about it and told him that on sunday night when we talked and as I didnt stay up late on the computer yesterday i didnt get to speak to him till i got up this morning and he left me an offline msg saying it all went yesterday! :) I am a happy bunny now. Dammit I am rambling!!

Lina - luckily we sent the forms off when I was there!! I had to nag Roshon totally to get the I-134 sent to me - I kept saying exactly the same as you - have you done it yet? is it not important? he kept getting really upset when I kept saying he didn't care! I know he does care but I was trying to hurry him along!!! Men hey.... :whistle:
