only with a pending one? ( already sent ?) or are they exempt if you send them together, i checked the link and couldn't find any information

You can send them in all at once in one envelope, like most people do. It is still considered a pending I-485 even when you send all the forms together. But if you already sent in your I-485 and are still waiting for approval, you can also send in the I-765 and I-131 along with a copy of the receipt notice from filing your I-485. The fees will still be waived.
