Hello. Call me frustrated Bob. Married in Bacolod City Philippines 13 months ago. Been waiting. And waiting. And waiting.

Wife will get her medical and interview on Oct/26 and Nov/2nd. Confused as to which is first. She is told she needs a 'sticker' before booking a flight from Manila to United States. I can get half price ticket if booked now for November 15. Any way to know when sticker will be issued?

Meanwhile she will be sitting alone in Manila hotel where she knows no one. What a disgusting, discouraging, expensive, nit-wit experience. But I do enjoy Visajourney.com and all participants :>)

Thanks to all for any comments, opinions, advice.

Kumusta Frustrated Bob,

She needs to have a medical first. It takes two days. First day she will have physical exam, tb test, x ray and vaccination. 2nd day she will have a result if she pass or not. If she passed, they will give her paperwork and cd ( xray) and vaccination paper. St. lukes will forward the information to us embassy.

then, In interview, if she passed. the us embassy will mail her passport with her visa and paperwork (not allow to opened). when she receives that then she needs to go to CFO to get sticker and stamp in her passport. Then you can buy a plane ticket.

First she need to get her medical done, and needs to pass it as well to avoid delays. I suggest not to purchase a ticket until she receives the VISA. risking is not a good thing like my hubby did to me and my daughter.

he booked our flight as soon as he knew our appointment date.. so I was super pressure to do Medical-CFO seminar-USEM interview in just one trip. that I don't have a right to fail my medical as well as my daughter's TST test

which I thank God for we passed. good thing everything turned out fine for us that we are already here in Hawaii.. Patience is Virtue!

Thank you for the reply and information. I think I cannot see the forest for the trees.

My current consternation is the 'sticker' requirement.

Wife lives in Bacolod City. Went to seminar in Cebu. Now must fly to Manila for medical and interview. Only THEN..she must fly back to Cebu for a 'sticker' and then fly back to Manila? That is what she is being told.

This experience has me convinced my government..and hers..are overly complicated and controlling. In the U.S.A. we are being invaded by millions from mexico and they are going to our schools, getting food stamps, driving cars.

Getting my legal wife into my country is complicated, expensive, time consuming.

Thank you.

For the CFO sticker yes she has to go back to Cebu as that is where she attended the seminar. CFO will not issue the sticker until after the visa is affixed in the passport.

As for her visa USEM will instruct 2GO to deliver the visa package to most any address that is specified, or hold it at a 2GO office (for up to 10 days) to be picked up.

As for the invasion... don't get me started, I only live about 70 miles from the sieve that is called a border.
