Hello so we are on the part where you file the Affidavit of support and my husband doesnt meet the poverty line requirements so we are using a sponsor but our question is wich form is he supposed to file the I-864 EZ or just the I-864. HE IS MY PETITIONER.

your husband file the i864 as the petitioner, and he will need another person to be the joint sponsor and file their own i864 as the joint sponsor.

I-864EZ is the short form of I-864. Use the EZ form when only using income from paychecks (W-2 form). Use the I-864 when using income not reported on a W-2 or assets.
