Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YUP!! About damm time!! 234 days!!!

I'm happy but mostly just relieved at the moment. My stress level was peaked at 9.9!!!

It's a bitter sweet victory though!! No one should have to go through this for this long.

No 2nd RFE......only IMBRA!! not in Security checks.

They had all the evidence they needed, they just took their sweet azz time.

I actually just got home from my Congressman's office. She was peturbed I was bugging her again!!

I was there at 1pm and she changed her time frame again about my inquiry.

First she said she would be updated every 10 days.

Then mid Oct she said 30 days til we hear an update from the first inquiry.

Today she said 30-45 days which it said on the e-mail from CSC.

These people are friggin nuts! Now if I can just get out of CSC as soon as possible.

Here's the e-mail they sent her.

I have just received word that the petition is approved. It will be sent to our records division to remove the I-129f from our file and forward the petition to the National Visa Center. This part of the process takes as much as two weeks and then transit in integration into the NVC takes about 3 weeks. Therefore, it is safe to say that the petitioner will receive notice from the NVC regarding the visa application some time in very early December

8/16/06 ~ Touched (email stating letter responding to email was sent) - (after 30 days - still no letter - called USCIS to inform them - they will do inquiry)

9/21/06 ~ Touched (email stating that RFE was mailed to me on 9/20/06 - YES!)

9/25/06 ~ RFE received!!!!!!!!!!

9/26/06 ~ Mailed RFE back to CSC

10/2/06 ~ CSC received RFE

10/3/06 ~ Touched

10/4/06 ~ Touched

10/9/06 ~ Rec'd letter re: inquiry I made 8/14/06-just said I-129F is being reviewed and RFE rec'd by CSC

AS a fellow Marcher still waiting ( today is day 221) I say to you about damn time. Get moving CSC!!! I had to call my Senator also. And a congressman to boot. Congratulations and best wishes on a faster journey from here on out. Its hell to wait this long.
