Missing Topic

not sure WHAT HAPPENED overnite: I opened U-visa topic in "Effects of Major Family Changes". Woke up - and no longer see the topic. No message either.

One thing: I see that TBoneTX moved another topic into "Effects" at about same time of nite.

As to the topic I (thought I) opened: pretty important! I've dealt with officials on US soil for over 9 years, and no one ever even mentioned I had a path to immigration readily available. I posted on VJ this summer - and only 1 out of hundreds of readers/posters in my case turned up aware of U-visa availability for past successful criminal cases. So where did U-visa topic go???

If you mean this one: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/391702-u-visa-certification/ That was me. It looked like a answer to a post from July, but somehow in a separate topic, which made no sense. If you are addressing a specific poster, like you seem to be, a PM or a post in his original topic would be better (though if he joined in July and never came back I doubt he will see it). If you want to discuss U Visas in general, then an introduction to the topic saying so would help, and be less confusing.
