Hi everyone!I entered Us as a K1 visa holder.I just want to ask any idea on my sons situation. Last 2011,my fiance who is my husband now filed for CRBA and applied for US passport for our son at Manila US Embassy. And my son Got approved and came here in the US as a US citizen. Now my question is,my sons Surname on his CRBA certificate and US passport is under my surname when I was still single.Since i gave birth to him as unmarried to his father who is my husband now.How and what should i do to make it change into his fathers surname?thank you and any advice is well appreciated.
