yeah my people like i said i meet an AMERICAN lady on facebook sumtimes last year february after 5month we meet she came down to Nigeria around july and we got married at the ikoyi registry. later i have my interview at the AMERICAN embassy on 12th September 2012.after my interview the Consular denied me the Visa she said she suggest that the relationship is all about the immigration .that there going to send my petition back to Homeland security for review and revoked.please my people here i just what to know what next to do and way forward and my wife have already change are document over there to my name like driver liencense and are social security .please i want to know how long is going to take and what to do next.may almighty GOD have solution to all our challenges amen

That is typical for Lagos. One meeting and then marriage is often not enough. The officer wants to see multiple visits and a longer period of time to feel that the relationship is legitimate.

What evidence did you take to interview?

What did your wife submit as evidence of a bona fied marriage with her paperwork and your petitions to the USCIS and NVC?

What is your age difference?

Did you know the answers to all of the questions the CO asked you during interview?

What do you believe went wrong?

What did you do that you know can prove your relationship beyond any reasonable doubt? did you take time to know each other well before you dabbled into marriage? Just put yourself in the CO shoes and see how you would interview someone in your position... Therefore, for further help, help vjers to help you by filling in relevant details that you thing was the redflags so that the good people here can give you the best answer that will help u...
