That the following persons are dependent upon me for support: (Place an "x" in the appropriate column to indicatewhether the person named is wholly or partially dependent upon you for support.) ??

i will be the sponsor and will fully support fiance with kids once they arrive her.

No. List any dependents you have, not the intending immigrants. If you are single with no other dependents, put None on the first line there.

Here is a sample form http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Hope this helps answer your questions. They currently are not your dependents as they are not in the US yet.

thanks i got that part. one more question. do i need to fill out one for each applicant. i have her and her 2 kids.

The FAQ here on VJ says this: "If there are K2 children involved, a separate I-134 affidavit is not required for them, as the K2 children are listed on the I-134 along with the foreign fiance(e)." http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1k2visa-application.html#4.3.1

The form itself has a place to list the fiance(e) and children in Part 3. Underneath it states, "4. This affidavit is made by me for the purpose of assuring the US Government that the person(s) named in item (3) will not become a public charge in the United States."
