But you need to sign them... If your fiance prints them they wouldnt have your real signature.

Im actually filling mine out right now too.

i see, he said he'll sent all of those on oct first week...via mail.. then what's the best way then?

goodluck to you guys :) q, do you have an interview date already?

i will just speak based on my own experience. But when I have had my interview last year at the USEM, my then fiance just scanned the I-134 but signed it using a blue ink. It was because the I-134 he sent by mail needs to be modified because of he then changed his job. I brought the original with me just incase, but I handed them at the USEM the ones my fiance scanned and I printed out in colored. They didn't made a big deal out of it or even asked me if it was original or not.

Goodluck!

Just on the safe side, have him mail the original copy with his signature. You have to realize not all CO are the same and you don't want any delays just for that when it could have been avoided.

ok thanks guys... now i wonder, if it is still okay to have it e-mailed .. that was his plan.. and we should talk about it i guess...

As per experience..its ok..but i suggest if you have time still before your interview, go with the original..CO's are not all the same..to do away possible delays, i must say have your fiance mail the original.

The paperwork said original... so i sent the originals via the mail. Fed-ex works great, but expect high prices. if you have some weeks to wait, You can send air mail. I did send other documents via US Mail (priority) and after a month or so they still didnt arrive ( when we were told maybe 10 days). Anyways Loida finally went to the mail post office, and they were just sitting on it waiting for someone to enquire. Even then she wasnt allowed to pick it up ( crazy but true), so she wound up letting the man know that if he expedites its delivery she would be sure to give some extra financials as a tip to the carrier. Amazingly, it arrived the next day..We didnt expect that fast a service and she wasnt at home so no one recieved any "gratuity" for doing their job... (strange but true story)

Bottom line... use a company where you have a tracking number...

Regards

Ed & Loida

this is everything you will bring to the embassy in a folder. I would suggest your folder be layed out in the order of what they ask for in their list ( see link below)

ohhh and I'd recommend you make 2 folders ( one for them an copies for yourselves ) that way u have everything in back-up :) and easily to find for cfo ( if they ask for anything special)

:)

They always say it should be original but the only original copies that i took during my interview were my BC, cenomar, nbi, letter of intent to marry and everything else from my fiance were scanned copies only, i didn't have any problem with it..Good luck on your interview! :)
