hello guys!

is it possible that we wont be getting interview and they will just send my green card in the mail  (hopefully). hum, last month we got an RFE from MSC (they want affidavit of support, again!) and we sent them more than what they want :D i include the last 6 months pay stubs of my husband and my husband also include a photocopy of my health insurance card and my state id. and then a week after we sent our RFE,we got a transfer notice(3 days ago) they said that for speed up processing they transfer my case in CSC. Now im just wondering if it is possible that we wont need to go for interview. :D

I have not read a lot of CSC transfers that have had an AOS interview, at least for the conditional GC. Claudeth's petition was transferred to CSC back in January and at the end of February she received her GC without any interview. Good luck

I do not know if I would be so sure of that. I have heard of people being transferred from CSC to a local office. Be patient and plan for an interview, if you dont have one, be happy.

I have seen the same thing ... There is a chance that once CSC receives your case they might decided that it isn't a simple case and that a interview will be required ... At this point CSC would transfer it back to MSC and they would forward it on to your local office ... This doesn't happen alot but I wanted to let you know that there is a slim chance this could happen ....

I would think if one comes from a high Visa fraud country or a country known for terrorism ...

Thats just my opinion though ...
