I moved soon after the I129f application and my old address ( mothers house) is still ok to send to so I havnt informed anyone of my new address.. Until now I realize it may be a small problem because a lot of my evidence of ongoing relationship is phone calls from my new address....

Would it be acceptable now to inform them of the new address on the DS forms??? Without a call. Not sure....

Did the USC move or the Canadian?

You can try to call NVC and change it, but you likely won't catch it there. Call NVC and get the MTL number (took 12 days from NOA2 for us before NVC received it). Once you have it, email the Montreal Consulate the change of address. For us, they responded that day, and emailed packet 3 the next day, and they continued to use emails from then on for Packet 3 and 4. Neither of us received anything in the postal mail once it got to Montreal. For packet 4 you pick a DHL location to pick up the visa, so I'm not sure the exact address is really relevant once they have your email, though you should correct it just in case.
