Hello everyone. This is dealing with Spain.

August 5th- Paid $88.00 "Affidavit of Support Processing Fee"

August 27th- Paid $230.00 "Immigrant Visa Processing Fee"

These are the only two requests that the NVC has sent me. On the NVC website it says:

Document Collection

If the NVC has requested applicant documents or Affidavit of Support documents, click on the appropriate link below:

Affidavit of Support Processing

Applicant Document Processing

Notice: Do not submit documents unless they were requested by the NVC.

I previously asked on here about this, and was told I could send these forms in, but have no address, nor request to send them in. My current residence is in Spain, and we were put on the fast track with the USCIS.

Is there some chance that the same is happening with the NVC, or will they eventually ask me to submit these papers?

Has anyone just gone ahead and submitted their papers after paying the fees?

Thank you!

I have already paid the $88 and sent the AOS package. Just waiting to get invoiced to pay the $230 and then send the paperwork. So no you don't have to wait if you have the documents!

They wont send the AOS or DS 230 to you. Once you have paid the fees and it shows paid on the payment portal you must go ahead and send the required documentation. Get going!!
