Is there a link to an updated NCV shortcuts or processes. I did this 4 years ago and familiar with James Shortcuts, but I know its somewhat outdated. I also have the NVC process flowchart. I just got NVC case number today and sent an e-mail to NVC asking for the DS 3032. I found where I can pay the AOS bill but it asks for an invoice number. Do I have to wait until I get that in the mail? And I have to wiat before I pay the AOS fee before I can send the I-864?

P.S. You must call NVC for your Invoice Identification Number...

you cannot make any payments without the IIN....... You should call them and ask for that

NVC wont send anything to you by mail, and yes you have to wait to pay the AOS bill before sending in the AOS package
