Hi there i just recieved my Combo card. I have couple of questions, on the application I-131 i stated i want to go back to germany in december, now that i got the combo card i wanna fly next week, will that be a problem? I believe the combo card is valid for several reentrys as long as it is in the time the card is valid right? Also whats gonna happen to my I-94 when i reenter the US, do i get a new one? I will re enter in NYC JFK so does anybody have experience with the officers there if they know about the combo card (i read alot of stories that officers didnt know about the card in port of entrys in the us and also in airports in germany). I most likely will depart in Frankfurt or Berlin. So if anybody has experience i would be happy to hear about it :) Also what documents should i bring beside my passport and the combo card? Is it a problem that the combo card states my new name and my passport states my maiden name? Thanks for your help :)

That's fine, no problem.

Correct.

Also whats gonna happen to my I-94 when i reenter the US, do i get a new one?

You should give up the current I-94 when you leave the US (not that it really matters), and you should receive a new I-94 on entry, with "parolee" status.

I will re enter in NYC JFK so does anybody have experience with the officers there if they know about the combo card (i read alot of stories that officers didnt know about the card in port of entrys in the us and also in airports in germany).

The combo cards have been in use for a few months now. I think all CBP officers should be familiar with them. The airline staff maybe less so, it wouldn't hurt to allow some extra time at check-in.

I most likely will depart in Frankfurt or Berlin. So if anybody has experience i would be happy to hear about it :) Also what documents should i bring beside my passport and the combo card? Is it a problem that the combo card states my new name and my passport states my maiden name? Thanks for your help :)

Bring your marriage certificate to show the name change.
