how will i know if i owe tax ....i mean by reading my tax return transcripts where will i see the amount i owe...

yes its all there you owe or amount refunded. But you should have also got letter saying how much you owe and payment schedule and all that.

so without those letters ...the visa for my CR2 children would not be issued??...nd also wanted to ask in after is normally the last document u are asked to bring b4 a visa is issued

Oh no no I was just saying if you owed you should have gotten a letter also. Long as all your transcripts are submitted and in order. Remember the CO has final stay. They will probably ask about taxes you owe if that applies and if you are setting up arrangements. They may want proof of the pay back.

When you filed your taxes you will definitely know if you owe or are getting a refund.
