My wife just had her medical done and was told she has endometriosis. She was told she should have surgery. She is now afraid they will refuse her visa. Her interview is next week. I havent read anything about denials for simple female health related issues....Dosent appear be a just or legal denial issue.....Anyone have any info?

agree with the above posts. its not a reason for denial because it is not part of some communicable dse. and if your wife is underCR1 visa if she gets to have surgery she will probably have insurance once whe gets there. :)

Hi i hope you dont mind me asking the medical but are they particular on scars?

Depends on the scars. They may well ask how you got them- if it was an operation or similar, no problem, If they are (or look like) self harming scars, you may be asked to undergo a psych evaluation.

Why are you assuming she will have health insurance upon arrival to the USA?

I am a US born citizen for 45 years and I do not have health insurance.

During Physical exam they will probably ask how you got it, and if they don't find your

answer real, they will let you undergo Psychological Evaluation that will cause a

delay for 2weeks.

Actually I have a scar on my left wrist but Physician didn't bother to ask.
