On August 27, 2012 we received a CASE COMPLETE from NVC. IS there any one else who had their case complete around that time and already have your interview scheduled? We have not been scheduled an interview yet, why is it taking so long?!

07/05/2012---------USCIS approved I-130 petition and mailed to NVC

07/09/2012---------USCIS mail received (home) I-130 Approved

NVC

07/16/2012---------NVC received USCIS approval

08/04/2012---------NVC assigns Case Number

08/06/2012-------- NVC Case Number received (phone call)

08/08/2012---------AOS FEE BILL & DS 3032 request received via email

08/08/2012---------DS 3032 emailed to NVC

08/09/2012---------AOS FEE BILL paid online (in progress)

08/10/2012---------DS 3032 hard copy and I-864 packet mailed with express mail

08/10/2012---------AOS FEE BILL shows as paid

08/15/2012---------IV FEE BILL request received via email

08/16/2012---------IV FEE BILL paid online (in progress)

08/17/2012---------IV FEE BILL shows as paid

08/17/2012---------AOS checklist received, p.s. complete

08/21/2012---------IV packet mailed to NVC with express mail

08/27/2012---------NVC case COMPLETE!!!

10/01/2012---------Interview Date

10/03/2012---------VISA IN HAND!!!!

10/11/2012---------US ENTRY

Your I-130 was approved in 91 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 179 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

:wow: U have a long list of people waiting b4 you...check out couple of topics in forum under CR1/IR1 many people waiting for dates...myself 10th Aug.

though it differs from country to country... :rofl:

July 31/2012: Bill Invoiced & Paid

Aug 01/2012: AOS Shows as ''PAID''

Aug 01/2012: DS3032 Approved

Aug 02/2012: Invoiced for IV Bill $230.00 Paid the same

Aug 02/2012: IV Shows as ''Paid'' sent the package IV-Finally

Aug 10/2012: NVC Case Complete....
