Hi....I would personally just go through the lists of requirements from USCIS, make sure you meet "all" requirements without a doubt. I wouldnt have trusted anyone but myself to make sure its just like they wanted it. By giving it to someone else to check, well they have no vested interest ( even lawyers)... if your uncertian of something by all means ask here,,, Sole responsibility for correctness I wouldnt pass on to anyone :) ( my 2 cents )

1st ... thanks for the kudos... Much appreciated, and its helped a lot...

2nd... if I can add something else here,,, In using our technology to help us all get things accomplished a lot better, Loida and I also use the "Notes" section in Facebook as a way of knowing who needs to do what and when either of us has accomplished the task, we update it accordingly.

We "ONLY" have our notes shared with ourselves.

As you can see in the following example, I have copied and pasted requirements and this is how we track and manage each others responsibilities to make sure we have whats needed:

EXAMPLE:

My list of things to do after NOA2 is approved:

What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):

1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). SENT LOIDA HAS THIS

2. Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy. SENT LOIDA HAS THIS PLUS OUR NOA1 AND NOA2

3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F). SENTLOIDA HAS THIS

4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required etc etc etc.................

etc etc etc...

and...

Her list of things to do

You must bring the following documentation when you come to the Embassy for your interview:

1. PROOF OF PAYMENT. After making your payment at the bank and scheduling your appointment online, you will be issued a confirmation receipt. Please bring this receipt with you. If you make your appointment via the call center, please bring your bank receipt to the interview. For further information, please consult: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph.

LOIDA will do this

1. Must make 3 photo copies of these receipts so we dont lose it

2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. It is important that you submit ALL of the following documentation to facilitate the processing of your application. You may be asked to return for another appointment if you fail to bring any of these documents: LOIDA must have all these before going to Manila

a. PASSPORT. You must have a passport valid for at least six (6) months. If you do not have one, you should apply in person at the Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA), Aseana Business Park, Bradco Avenue corner Macapagal Boulevard, Paranaque City. Applicants may set an appointment by going on line at www.passport.com.ph or by calling 02-737-1000. The DFA website is http://www.dfa.gov.ph. LOIDA Has these

As you can see,,,, this is a great way to use current technology, and privacy to track progress from both sides,,, :) :)

and its still ok to ask questions... i for one still have some questions about the interview, etc
