I understand that my income must be 125% of the poverty line for my Household size. But I live with my parents, does my household size include them(my father and my younger sister)? Or would it just be my Fiance and I, (household of 2)?

Thanks

Do you claim them as dependents on your taxes? If not, your household will be you + fiance

I file as dependent, so I would need an income needed for a household of 4 people?

I mean, I myself is a dependent on my fathers taxes... if that makes sense.

You do not claim them as dependents on your taxes, therefore they are not in your household count. If you were to use your father as your co-sponsor, then he would have to count you in his household size because he claims you on his taxes. Your count is 2, you and your finance(e).

You will need to write a statement as to why you were not legally required to file taxes.
