7.9 earthquake just struck near Philippine....Tsunami Alert in afect

Pray for our loved ones once again in Philippines....

Possible 1 Meter or more that will hit the coastal areas of Surigao del norte, southern Leyte and Samar.

Lets hope and pray they be safe.

Philippines is always the most vulnerable area in the world for natural disasters.

More Typhoons(hurricanes) hit the philippines than anywhere in the world. Plus they must worry about "ring of fire" earthquakes...and tsunami on top of that.

Intensity 7 felt in several Visayas towns—Phivolcs

MANILA, Philippines —The strong 7.6 magnitude earthquake that struck off Eastern Samar was felt at varying intensities across the Visayas and Mindanao.

Intensity 7 was felt in the Eastern Samar towns of Guiuan, Oras, Sulat and Borongan City, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismoloy (Phivolcs) said in an advisory.

Intensity 6 was recorded in Siargao island, Surigao del Norte, Tacloban City, Palo, Leyte, Saint Bernard, and Southern Leyte.

Intensity 5 was recorded in Mati City, Compostela valley, Legaspi City, Iloilo City, Bislig City, and Iligan City, while Intensity 4 was recorded in Butuan City, Catbalogan City, Butuan City, and Cagayan De Oro City.

Intensity 3 was felt in Cotabato City, Mamajao, Camiguin, and General Santos City, and Intensity 2 in Marawi City and Sipalay City.
